What is the difference between Direct and Smart?

Both are deep-link modes. Direct attempts to open the Amazon app immediately; Smart displays a choice page with an app button and a browser alternative.

What happens if the Amazon app is not installed?

The user should be able to continue to the Amazon website when an app handoff is not available. Actual fallback behavior depends on device and browser; test your links.

Can I change the destination after publishing?

Yes. You can update the destination from your URLViral dashboard while keeping the published short URL unchanged.

Does URLViral guarantee affiliate commissions?

No. URLViral can record link visits and route to Amazon, but Amazon controls affiliate attribution, eligibility and commission reporting.

Can I track Pinterest and Instagram clicks?

Visits reaching your short links can be counted. Platform attribution may be incomplete when in-app browsers suppress referrer information.

Are paid plans active automatically?

Live subscription billing depends on the configured PayPal plans and verified payment events. Check the current account billing status rather than assuming that a visible pricing card enables a plan.

App opening, click attribution and Amazon affiliate commissions are not guaranteed. Always test links and follow the policies of Amazon and the platform where you share them.
