1. Account & creator information

When you register for a URLViral account, we store your email address, a securely salted password hash, your subscription plan tier, and the destination URLs and shoppable collections you create in your private workspace.

2. Short-link visitor analytics

When a visitor clicks a URLViral short link (/r/...), our server records an aggregated daily counter classified by general device family (iOS, Android, Other mobile, or Desktop) to provide click reporting to the link creator. We do not build personal behavioral profiles of shoppers.

3. Cookies & session security

URLViral uses a strict, HTTP-only, SameSite session cookie (linkharbor_session) solely to keep signed-in creators authenticated inside the dashboard and protect forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).

4. Payment processing

Subscription billing is processed directly through PayPal. URLViral does not store your credit card number or bank credentials on our servers; we only record subscription status identifiers via verified PayPal webhooks.

5. Your data rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Creators may edit, archive, or delete their links and collections from their dashboard at any time, or contact support to request complete account deletion.

App opening, click attribution and Amazon affiliate commissions are not guaranteed. Always test links and follow the policies of Amazon and the platform where you share them.
